Co-working Space - Level 2

Detached from higher traffic areas across the Centre, you will find an open concept community study zone equipped with office desks, chairs, a printer and other office supplies. If the area isn’t booked by a community group, walk-in study space with internet access is readily available to anyone who may require.

Booking Rates

Individual Seat – Reserve an individual seat for free though our online booking form. Walk-ins are also welcomed based on availability.

Full Day Rate: up to 8 hours.
$0 – Full Day

Half Day Rate: up to 4 hours.
$0 – Half Day

Full Room – Book the entire Co-working Space by sending a request to spacerental@wildseedcentre.com.

Full Day Rate: up to 8 hours.
$380 – Full Day

Half Day Rate: up to 4 hours.
$200 – Half Day

  • As a registered charity, Wildseed Centre will not charge its users HST to book space.
  • Rates are per-room, and do not reflect the cost of renting the entire Centre.

Discount

Before booking, please note that Black businesses, Black people, and Black non-profits and grassroots groups are eligible for a discount ranging between 80-90%. The standard non-profit rate offers a 60% discount. Non-Black businesses and corporations must pay full price. If you believe you may be eligible for a discount, please submit a registration form prior to booking your room.

Free bookings are offered to Wildseed Black Arts Fellows, BLMCA Chapters, and some grassroots groups on an as needed basis.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

  • In accordance with government regulations and Wildeed Centre’s Safety Plan, all guests are encouraged to self-assess for COVID-19 and other possible airborne illnesses ahead of entering the building.
  • Guests are also encouraged to wear mask or face coverings over their nose and mouth at the Centre, unless they are drinking or eating. Additional PPE is available upon request.
